Well the simple solution to this problem others who want to take a shortcut is to just upload my exploit with cog swap in it. My Exploit includes a Title.DB with 800 games and Cogswap. So 800 Ps1 games will work with starting the exploit. It has ULaunchELF 4.16 the latest ULE.
So if you are having problems, use this one. Also if there is another ELF you would like in your Exploit feel free to ask me to upload another exploit for you! My PS2 Exploit with a title.db of 800 games PAL & NTSC and only COGSWAP.ELF.
